UCS9 Terms & Conditions — A Complete Platform Usage Guide for Members in Malaysia

1 Definitions & Interpretation

In these Terms & Conditions, the following words and phrases carry the meanings specified below unless the context requires otherwise:

2 Account Registration

3 Deposits & Payments

3.1 Permitted Deposit Methods

By making a deposit, you confirm that all deposited funds are legitimately yours and are not derived from any unlawful activity. 4 Withdrawal of Winnings

4.1 General Withdrawal Terms

Withdrawal of winnings at ucs9 is subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must have successfully completed the KYC process before your first withdrawal can be processed.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50 for all payment methods.

5 Bonus & Promotions Terms

5.1 General Bonus Principles

All bonuses, promotions, and special offers provided by ucs9 are subject to the specific terms stated alongside each offer. The following conditions apply to all bonuses unless explicitly stated otherwise:

• Each bonus may only be claimed once per member, per promotion, unless it is a recurring bonus such as weekly cashback.

5.3 Bonus Abuse Policy

Members found to have engaged in bonus abuse will forfeit all related bonuses and winnings, and their accounts may be permanently closed.

6 Game Rules

6.1 Game Results Are Final

6.2 Technical Disruptions

• Registering more than one account under any name or identity.
• Using automation software, bots, or any tools designed to exploit the ucs9 gaming system.
• Sharing or selling your account to another party.
• Committing credit card fraud or any other form of financial fraud.
• Using the ucs9 platform to conduct money laundering activities.
• Abusing bonus or promotion programmes in a manner contrary to the intent of the promotion.
• Colluding with other members to manipulate game outcomes, particularly in poker or live games.
• Spreading false or misleading information about ucs9 to other members or the general public.
• Attempting to hack, disrupt, or compromise the security and integrity of the ucs9 platform.

8 Account Closure & Suspension

8.1 Closure by Member

You may close your ucs9 account at any time by contacting our support team via support@ucs9.click or live chat. Prior to closure, you must settle all active bets and withdraw any real money balance remaining in your account. Any bonus balance that has not yet met the wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

8.2 Suspension by UCS9

UCS9 reserves the right to suspend or close any member's account without prior notice under the following circumstances: a breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions, suspicious or unlawful activity, a request from the relevant authorities, or at ucs9's discretion based on our internal risk assessment.

8.3 Withdrawals After Closure

If your account is closed or suspended due to a breach of terms, ucs9 reserves the right to withhold all or part of the account balance pending investigation. If your account is closed at your own request and no breach has occurred, any real-money balance remaining will be returned to you via the original payment method within 3 business days.

9 Responsible Gambling
